Those who are allowed to make purchases from the Site are those issued a valid credit or debit card from a bank or those with a valid PayPal account.  

All orders from the Site are subject to availability and the acceptance of a customer’s payment. Items listed as in your shopping cart but not yet purchased are not deemed reserved and can be purchased by other consumers from the Site.  

Payment can be made with any major credit card, including MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover. The Site also accepts payments from valid PayPal accounts. All prices listed are in EURO, US DOLLAR   

The listed prices do not include taxes, duties and other applicable fees, including but not limited to EU VAT. The customer will be responsible for any applicable fees, which will not be calculated by Rogue laundry. By paying with a valid credit/debit card or PayPal account, You confirm that You are authorised to use said payment resource.

Rogue Laundry is able to refund merchandise purchases within 30 days of delivery. In order to be a valid return, the product must be sent back to Rogue Laundry in its original package. There must be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind. The ordered product must be returned to Us by Certified Mail. Once the product has been deemed an eligible return, Rogue Laundry will refund the customer the funding spent on the returned products We advise You to make every reasonable effort to ensure the delivery of the returned goods. If the refund request is approved, the funds will be distributed to the User within 14 days of the refund request. During the return or exchange of a faulty or non-faulty product, the shipping charges incurred from delivery of the item from the customer to Rogue Lasundry is    covered by the customer and with regards to exchanges, we cover the shipment of the item back to the customer. 

Rogue Laundry fulfils the orders via DHL/FedEx or other tracked shipping providers where applicable. The DHL/FedEx or any other applicable shipping provider will attempt to deliver the item to the shipping address provided twice. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of delivery. Any uncollected item will be returned to Rogue Laundry and the buyer will be charged for the two way shipping charges in case of a refund. Further, the products are insured by the DHL or FedEX. However, the buyer should examine the content of the parcel when receiving the items from the delivery staff. If there are any missing items please do not collect the item and return it to the delivery driver so that we can proceed with the insurance.

We reserve the right to change the information on the Site at any time, and We do not commit ourselves to updating the information that may be outdated.
